Love the location of Hotel Zaci! Easy access to the square, touring, and shopping. Hotel is very clean. Some confusion around breakfast and if they were serving or not.

Pro: location is good, nice open courtyard, wifi, comfortable bed, hot water was ok but not that warm.
Con: rooms are dark and noisy, our toilet did not work we had to fill the garbage can with water and pour it into the bowl in order to flush it, the drain pipes in the shower really smelt awful, window open in bathroom for venting that you cannot shut.
