The staff were excellent and very attentive throughout our stay. The room was spacious with a wonderful view of the city. Location is at walking distance from many restaurants and stores. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again if we ever re-visit the city.

Absolutely stunning hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the breakfast in bed was amazing. An absolute must try for anyone visiting Cuenca.
