    This place is beautiful, very tidy, and absolutely lovely. The gardens are crazy gorgeous. My first room was a big one on at the very back in the new area. It was a complete stunner! I ended up asking to switch rooms though, as I'd come from an eight day retreat up in the Andes where it was super quiet- so the regular street noise ended up being too much for me. They could not have been more kind and helpful in all manners! The breatkfast is delicious and has many fruit, yogurt, and other options (including prosciutto). I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cuenca.

    We live in Cuenca and decided to spend the night at Mansion Alcazar to celebrate my birthday. Great choice. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The gardens are an oasis in the middle of the city. The staff is incredibly kind. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here.
