Thank you for an excellent stay. Very classy, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is abundant and diverse. The location at the heart of Cuenca is perfect. The parking is secure and always available and they are very pet friendly, which was very important to me. Thank you very much.

Excelent location, friendly staff, comfortable room.
The Spa area wasn’t comfortable (both Turkish and dry Sauna).
The gym wasn’t well equipped.
It’s a bit disappointing because we chose this hotel based on the fact that it should have a nice spa and Gym.
