All the staff was super professional and helpful. Both the front desk agents was very efficient. I asked for more towels. They arrived very quickly. We asked for early coffee; it was on time and nice and hot.

El personal amable.
El ascensor no funcionaba correctamente, se demoraba en cerrar y al pulsar el botón para ir a la habitación nuevamente se abría.
En el desayuno no había mermelada de frutilla o mora, solo de papaya, ¿Quién come mermelada de papaya?

The rooms are not as advertise! The location is very far from the main plaza the armas and the hotel location seems very dangerous!
The location and the rooms. The hotel is advertise as a 4 star hotel but I think it is not even a 1 star hotel.
