There were many small problems with the room. One was that a piece of the carpet was missing and nails were sticking up. The property did have someone come by the next day to saw them, but they didn't vacuum the debris after. On the day before our last night the a/c stopped working, and the room was 75 degrees. The only option was to switch rooms at 2pm, but we were in town for an event and couldn't. That night the rrom was 78 degrees, even with an extra fan. The property said they couldn't do anything and to contact Expedia. We ended up getting a refund and going to a different hotel.

Stay was convenient. It’s was clean but maid service only came through twice in our fave day stay. We had to request clean towels. Breakfast was every day but the only thing really good was the waffles and maybe the premade waffles. Walls were thin you could hear others above you and the bed was hard as a rock.

The inside of the hotel was nice and rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly but it felt a little creepy. There were homeless people right outside the door drinking and smoking allday and later at night. It was raining so they stayed right where you pulled up to go in. Kind of sketchy all around.

This hotel was amazing from the great customer service at check-in to rooms had everything you need along with new appliances and new age shower.The was very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was delicious and fresh.The condition of the hotel was great and up to date. Close to the interstate and had other shops and restaurants near by.
