    The services were great from check in to check out. I used the valet service for my vehicle and though they warned me it would take about an hour retrieve, it only took about 30 minutes. The room is small but clean with a good view. They do not have a mini fridge or microwave is the only downside for me. Also be aware that room service finishes at 11pm. I otherwise enjoyed my stay.

    We had a great stay at Moxy Chelsea. Staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and a great price. The location is amazing. Close to subway.

    The staff were good , the hotel fine, but the cynical application of a destination tax spoiled the whole trip. It was a special 63rd birthday trip. We had already paid alot for the room so this tax with daily credits!!! was totally unacceptable. The staff were lovely and helpful but there was a distinct lack of information about the fact the water in the rooms was not complimentary, that there was a water station and complimentary coffee downstairs. I am still unclear when I will receive my deposit of *** for incidentals. In the meantime , they are constantly increasing my bill. There have been cost adjustmenys all day . It has been thoroughly depressing. Sort it out Moxy it’s ruining the experience
