A truly lovely experience. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail from the housekeeping and front desk teams was impressive. A perfect home away from home!

Great hotel with good breakfast and location. Good size room. However rooms have lack of furnishings like only one chair in the room. But everything else is excellent.

Upon arrival, my partner and I checked in and went to our room on the top floor, where we found the temperature very uncomfortably hot. We tried to problem solve with the air conditioning unit and sky light window. We sought assistance, not knowing the phone number to reception (no instruction in the room), so we went to the main lobby. We inquired if our AC unit was broken and if they could provide troubleshooting, perhaps a room with a different window. (The skylight automatic shuts with rain). Who we suspected to be the manger, as she did not introduce herself, came from the hallway near reception and chose hostility and no care for her customers. She argued the air conditioning unit is off and that “it’s Europe. The room is supposed to be this warm”. She said they were sold out and there was nothing that could be done. I do not believe in supporting a business with no care for customers health and well being. We were uncomfortable guests. Heed warning.
