Charles Bridge Palace

Great location, very clean rooms

It was our second stay at Charles Bridge Palace and we were very happy to get a comfy and quiet room. The breakfast improved since last time, so everything was great.

Very well positioned close to the river and Old Town. Large rooms, staff were very helpful

Limited charging facilities- no USB Tram loud underneath my window

Great location, right in the middle of everything. Very spacious room, nice breakfast options. Shoutout to Dan, one member of the staff, who was in constant communication with me as we were getting picked up from the train station, as well as the older gentleman who provided us help when we needed it. They were both amazing!

The hotel itself was very loud--the rooms were not well insulated and you could hear your upstairs neighbors. There was also constant construction around and in the hotel, making it very noisy. At night, we were woken up multiple times from noises outside on the street. In addition, the hotel staff was not accommodating when one member of our party suffered a heart attack on their day of check out ar the breakfast buffet. The woman who was working the front desk told us there was nothing she could do, only offering an extra hour for check out or a room for one more night that was 4 times the original price. She was not sympathetic at all, and the rest of the party was forced to check out.
