From the moment we checked in the service was incredible. Staff really helpful. Rooms very clean. Hotel in an excellent location around the corner from the T1 tram line. Everything is walking distance and suprrmarket opposite. Abdurrahman was very helpful thank you. Breakfast around 6 -7 hot breakfast items and plenty of other choices. Thank you for a great stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Royal Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, especially Abdul Rehman, who truly made a difference in our experience. He was always ready to help and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
I was a bit concerned at first due to the language barrier, but Abdul Rehman made us feel completely at ease. He suggested both group and guided tours, which turned out to be unforgettable highlights of our trip.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. While the room was smaller than expected and had no window. The overall guest experience more than made up for it.
Thanks to the exceptional service, especially from Abdul Rehman, our stay was truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and care for guests.
