Our stay at Airelles Pan Dei Palais in St. Tropez was nothing short of extraordinary—an experience that defined elegance, refinement, and impeccable hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of effortless luxury, where every detail was curated to perfection. The hotel itself is a sanctuary, seamlessly blending the grandeur of an 18th-century palace with modern sophistication. Every corner exudes charm, from the exquisite decor to the tranquil courtyard and inviting pool. The rooms, adorned with rich fabrics and tasteful antiques, offer an intimate retreat, where comfort meets artistry in a way that feels both indulgent and serene. What truly set our experience apart was the unparalleled service. The staff anticipated our every need with warmth and discretion, ensuring that every moment of our stay felt personal and seamless. Their attention to detail—whether in the perfectly arranged breakfast spread, the thoughtful turn-down service, or their genuine hospitality—was nothing short of perfection. Staying at Airelles Pan Dei Palais was the highlight of our European journey, a place where time slows down, and the magic of St. Tropez comes to life. It is more than a hotel—it is an experience, a destination in itself, and one we will undoubtedly return to.

This was hands-down the most luxurious and well run hotel I have ever stayed in. Only 12 rooms. The building was exquisite and incredibly decorated. The outside space was hidden from public view noise. Non-hotel guest were not allowed into or onto the property until after 7 PM. The pool included beautiful lounge, chairs and canopied lounge beds. The outside bar was beautiful. The cocktails were well-made and the wine list was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night , and it was the best meal we had in Saint Trope. All Staff members were professional and friendly and I was pampered like I have never been. Each day gifts were left in my room. Canvas bags, luggage tags, room freshener,. The bathroom was huge. The toilet was in the foyer away from the bedroom and showering area. The bathtub was large enough for three people, and there were even bath salts on the side of the tub. There were two very large closets. The mini bar was incredibly well stocked and was included in the room. The breakfast was unbelievable. Freshly squeezed juices and a basket of to die for bread and pastries. Any type of coffee, including alternative milks, which were important to me. I worked with the assistant manager Fanny to arrange a day on a catamaran that was exquisite. She also arranged a wine tasting at a nearby winery. This included a private picnic in the vines. I can’t say enough and want to go back immediately.

Before I start my review I would like to mention that we stayed in one of the best hotels across the world . Myself my husband and my daughter we think that our stay at Pan Dei Palais in St Tropez was THE BEST hotel in the world we ever stayed!!!! Location - absolutely fantastic in the heart of St Tropez- walking distance to everywhere . Staff- the nicest people we ever met: extremly kind and polite but not overwhelming; We all adored them!!!! Clean less-outstanding!!! Room service - 6 stars plus!!!!! The car service to the amazing beach restaurant was luxurious! The beach area & food at the beach restaurant & service provided - FIRST class!!!! And gorgeous beach of course!!! Our room was very comfy and gorgeous! Breakfast exquisite !!!!!! Pool area - gorgeous! We felt more like at home than at the hotel!! Certainly we are already planning to come back in October for longer. If we need to criticise anything is would be our dinner at the hotel . We were expecting Indian style curries but it wasn’t Indian. Food which should have been specified in the menu. It wasn’t our cup of tea. A part of that it is 10 out of 10 hotel or even more!!! Thank you SO much and hope to be back soon. Baccus Family

I was completely STUNNED with our stay @ Pan Dei Palais. From the moment we arrived until the moment we pulled away, the hotel made us feel welcome and special. We stayed on our Baby Moon and were gifted many special items from the hotel. The staff knew us by name and went out of their way to make us feel like we were all good friends. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive a delicious complimentary b'fast each morning, parking, and an AMAZING cake in our room that I will never forget. The room and building itself is historic, beautiful and sparkling clean with state of the art amenities. Heated floors, automatic lights, convenient plugs, dyson blow dryer, the list goes on and on. Finally, upon our departure the staff gifted us with special stickers, a box of Laudure Macaroons and went across the street and waited for us to drive away and waved. It was an experience like no other and I can't wait to return! Thank you!

We had really nice stay!

A magical stay at this wonderful boutique hotel with the best possible location. Staff was extremely kind and service minded, the food the best we had in St Tropez and the hotel itself very intimate and beautiful. The combination with having access to La Tropezina beach club and the facilities at Chateau La Messardiere was outstanding.

Our 3 night stay at this wonderful hotel was perfect. The staff was amazing, very warm, helpful and welcoming and our room was beautiful. The hotel facilities were equally beautiful and the location of the hotel in the middle of town was fantastic. We will gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

The service provided by Alina Semenets was extraordinary. There were some small issues that were quickly address by Alina. Who took the time to meet with me privately and listen very carefully to each of my concerns. It was clear that her staff was carefully selected for their positions and her directions were conveyed immediately. The privacy of the property was one of the kind which created a sense of ownership by the guest. It also created the feeling of a exclusive place that everyone wanted to see. Simply outstanding and not easily accomplished. A true five ***** experience. "Bravo. bravo"

Wonderful respite in the heart of St. Tropez. Lovely accommodations with the perfect pool and setting. Staff is outstanding and ready to please. Rolls Royce shuttle to sister resort which is a feast of the senses. One of our all time favorite properties!

Such an elegant but cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend it.
