Very basic room, seemed like a college dormitory.

The location is great. The restaurant and common area are impressive with a good vibe.

The room was very small, the closet was converted to a toilet. The shower was right next to the bed, there was no private area as the shower was enclosed with glass.

Amazing location. Most staff are great and friendly but some are lacking basic customer service

Asked to book a table for drinks to watch the sunset. I was informed that no table could be booked even while staying in the hotel and it was on a first come, first served basis… When I arrived, 3 tables were a available but I was told they were reserved… I think the communication could be improved. A solution was found but after lots of stress and difficult discussions with the staff. I was asked to ask politely but my answer is that staff should speak politely to customers and explain the booking policy. I am French and I have been in st Tropez all my life so no need to hide behind fake policies when the reality is clear. In any case, hotel guest should enjoy the facilities especially when tables are clearly available.

while the bar downstairs is nice, the rooms are absolutely horrendous!

the rooms were absolutely horrendous- black walls with paint peeling off, door all chipped along the bottom, extremely noisy neighbours, thin walls, no insulation, no curtains - in morning hot sun on my face. little cubicle for the toilet in the corner of the tiny room, lamp next to bed didn't work, just completely unpleasant. Pictures of rooms on website very misleading. Never again, terrible.

This hotel is clearly a nightclub venue with rooms above. dreadful accommodation- dates and tired with woeful facilities

the outside cafe’, bar is just amazing, beautiful view of the town and great crowd from after 6/7 pm. worth staying there just for that

A wonderful stay in this vivid, charming hotel!

A wonderful hotel with a beautiful lobby and superb view over St. Tropez. Very professional and kind staff. Very nice food.

Although I was advised in advance, the room was quite noisy due to the festive nature of this hotel and terras, fairly small and quite hot (outside temperature was 35 degrees celsius, room temperature eventually around 25 degrees).

Small dark room with toilet in one corner and shower in the anther corner surrounded by glass walls. Disco music bar downstairs, playing until 2am!! Small parking lot, so they were moving my car several times during the night since the guests for the disco were arriving and leaving.

Shabby room & rude bar staff .. single women travelers will not feel welcome in the bar there.

this hotel needs an upgrade. my bed was in a bathroom with sink & shower surrounding the bed. nowhere to put clothes out of sight. for €180 / night it was disappointing to say the least. Bar maitre D incredibly rude on 1st night adding extra drinks I did not have & became aggressive when I challenged it (I was staying as a single woman and felt intimidated and disrespected). I think the restaurant / bar are run as separate businesses as they called me their ‘neighbour’ at the hotel. Lovely location just not up to expected basic standards.

Un délire total: on a adoré !

Établissement atypique à l’emplacement idéal, avec une vue sur la vieille ville et la mer incroyable ! Ambiance festive le soir, avec musique à fond et lumière ultra tamisée! Les boules quies sont fournies (!) pour ceux qui veulent dormir avant deux heures du mat’. Déco et ambiance d’un autre monde, c’est décalé à souhait !!!

l'hotel diventa praticamente una discoteca...si capisce infatti il prezzo più basso della media. Comunque ti vengono forniti simpaticamente anche dei tappi per le orecchie. Comunque eravamo lì solo per una notte e la struttura è talmente carina che abbiamo superato il problema..
