Property and staff were excellent. Great place to stay in the park in comfort. Stayed with a baby and a toddler and the staff were very accommodating.

We had a great stay at Yachay. The staff is very caring. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious. The hotel is surrounded by nature and therefore very relaxing. I wished there was a larger pool but we appreciated the jacuzzi and made good use of it. The hotel is very close to the entrance of the park but has some steep stairs, therefore not for people with mobility issues. You have to get tickets for the park as the hotel is inside the park. Entrance to the park is only until 3 pm so you need to plan for that. The room we got was nice, there is no TV, but not a big deal for us. A/C worked fine except for one night when it turned off due to issues with the power grid in general, it went back up eventually. The room was cool enough with open windows alone though. Bed was confortable and the room was very clean. We had a car and were able to park in the hotel and just drive to the beginning of the trail to the beach in early morning which was very convenient. I would definitely come back when visiting Parque Tayrona.
