Magic Green Dentro del Parque Tayrona

I like the place very much. The personel was very nice and polite.

You have to pay too many extras for example water or 5%extra if you pay with card. I expected a bit more commodities such as towels. The distance from the beach is 3.6km and not 700mts. I also expected more typical food

It was well located, ideal to start the hike early. The staff was convenient to arrange our stay (the schedule of the parc, the entrance tickets, etc). The swimming pool is a plus when you’re coming back from your hike!

Our air conditioning was not fully functioning and the bedroom was not really clean. We didn’t have any water for 1 hour and for the rest, it was cold water. Difficult conversation through WhatsApp with one of the staff member too. However, the bedroom is quite cheap so you cannot expect too high standards.

It was a beautiful location, surroundings beautiful garden, there was an entertaining tiny monkey called Niki.

We booked a delux cabin for 1 night.We noticed straight away that the cabin was not cleaned, very dirty under the bed around the beds, we found spiderwebs evrywhere with dead spiders in it.The lock on our door did not work,we had it unlocked all night.After checking in we asked the lady if she could make us 2 coctails,but she said she is too busy with making dinner, it was at 2pm.When she finally agreed to make them, we could clearly see she had no clue how to make mojitos, she was searching the net and calling someone, meanwhile laughing with the other staff in the kitchen, probably making fun of us which is very unprofessional.After waiting more than half an hour she served us "mojitos" which was some made up coctail, not mojito.The hotel was fully booked only 2 of them plus the gardener were making dinner, we had to wait very long time for our dinner.On top of all these, we had no electricity in our cabin, while all other cabins had electricity.We were given a fan, which was plugged into the cabin next to us.They kept lying that the problem is being fixed, after 2 hours we were told it cant be fixed that night, as a result we were offered half refund.At checking out we were told we are not getting any refund.The rude staff made up prices for the coctails as it was not on the price list.Shame about the service and the staff as the place is lovely.
