We had a suite and it was amazing. Would absolutely stay at this location again. It was perfect in all ways. Alberto and Ilaria were absolutely amazing. 5 star to me for sure.

This property is at the center of Lake Como. The only thing missing are the hotel amenities. The staff are excellent! Special thanks to Josh and Ilaria.

The service and staff are superb!!! They are very helpful. The room is beautiful with generous amenities. The host at the rooftop, Dario, provide us and complimentary snack and drink. I will definitely stay at Vista Lago di Como for my next visit.

The property is situated right in front of the lake. It is well kept and very pretty. The staff made it extra special. From Alberto to Ilaria, they made sure our stay was memorable!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly hospitable - as soon as we checked-in we were treated very well for the entirety of our stay. They really made sure we had a good time - special thanks to Alberto, Dario and Josh. The internal decor is beautiful and it is located right on the lake. I would love to visit again one day!

Vista is five star luxury hotel & everything is immaculate from service, to the room, decor, linens, walk-in closet, bathroom amenities. It is a expensive & costly per night . The only comment I have is that it does not have a gym, I suggest that they should consider purchasing some gym membership from next-door hotel like for example the palace so that guests can use their facility if they choose to have an exercise gym area. The location is extremely convenient as it is facing the lake as well as facing the ferry station. You can walk easily to get a ferry ticket.

This hotel is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the AMAZING staff to the AMAZING rooms and location. Wow I wish I could stay forever. Spend the money. It's worth e every penny! Thank you Vista Palazzo! Toy did not let down. ❤️❤️

Many positives I want to right it about the hotel and I don’t know from where I should start , so I will start from the location which was perfect as close of the lake and faced it which gives the chance to have a room with a view of the lake, also the breakfast room was faced the lake and that gives us the opportunity to enjoy the views. Next was the beautiful entrance the reception and the registration

Centrally located, not exactly in front of the lake and with a construction going on all day in front of the view which is annoying but tolerable, beautiful rooms and have nice details inside the room, in general good and friendly staff and the best of the Hotel: Alberto, which acts like a concierge an tourist guide and arrange amazing and espectacular experiences around the lake and is very responsive and friendly 100! Nevertheless, this hotel is really expensive , we payed more than 2000€ the night and the breakfast is limited, in fact it was the worst of all our trip in Italy, we had way better breakfast in our other 400-500€ hotels. if you want something more interesting like an omelette you need to pay extra. The hotel does not have any type of amenities, no gym, no pool , no jacuzzi, not even spa. They do offer massages at your room. Despite the staff is friendly , is not as “personalized” as it promise, except for Alberto who was amazing, no one knew our names and our tastes like other alike hotels we have stayed and having only 18 rooms, there is no easy communication with the hotel like Whattsapp for the guests included at all. The laundry service is just too expensive to be used , 20€ per every shirt, 7€ per every underwear, not like other hotels where it is by weight or bag. In general this would be a great hotel great if the night would cost 700-800€, if you can pay more go to one of the many resorts around. You will receive a lot more for your money.

This is a wonderful pampering hotel! Everything was super comfortable, the staff was so welcoming and nice and service was immaculate. Perfect location. We were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious mini-suite as Expedia VIP clients and also received all sorts of special amenities which added to our overall great experience. We will surely come back!

The hotel was clean, nicely updated with modern touches, views of the lake from our room and great roof top bar and restaurant over looking lake Como. Great location for walking around and Como to restaurants and shopping.
