    A last minutes decision to detour to Malacca. We normally booked at Swiss Heritage Hotel but they are fully booked so we give it a try at Cheng Ho. Location was surprisingly superb, few minutes to Jonker Street, limited parking space on first come basis behind the hotel. The only downside is there's no lift, so if you have old people, do ensure to book ground floors. A special kudos to the team, front desk team are friendly and helpful especially Mr ***. He noticed we had park our car out of the premises and reminded us possible tickets as illegally park by roadside . He helped us to check from time to time, which is unexpected and we are truly grateful for his extra service. Will definitely return to Cheng Ho Residence in future if coming to Malacca again. Thank you! 😊

    You can have a massage shop on lobby which till 11pm, receptionists very nice n quick response, place quite clean but the only issue is no lift…

    Our room was dirty and there was shit in the toilet. The night manager changed our room but it took 2 hours to sort it out - this was at 11pm as we arrived late after a long drive. The next day I asked if we could have a late check out due to the problems the night before. Manager said no and wanted to charge RM20 for any extra hour. They were quick to charge us for late check out but were slow in providing basic services. Manager was rude and unprofessional.
