    Had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The best part is definitely the location. It's within walking distance of the famous Jonker Street Night Market. One thing I noticed is that parking in this area seems quite limited and could be difficult to find, so I'd recommend using Grab if possible. Also, the road leading to the hotel is quite narrow, so be careful when getting in or out of your Grab, especially during busy hours. 😄 The hotel itself is beautiful and has a charming Nanyang (南洋) style that really matches the unique heritage atmosphere of Melaka. The design and decoration make the stay feel even more special. Breakfast is included and was decent—nothing extraordinary, but good enough to start the day. We booked a room for three people. It wasn't very spacious, but it was comfortable and still sufficient for our stay. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here. The excellent location and the hotel's beautiful Nanyang-inspired design are the highlights.

    Planning a trip to the heart of the city requires finding the right balance of comfort, accessibility, and service. During my recent trip to Melaka this past June, I chose to stay at the Puri hotel. Perfectly situated just minutes away from key cultural and commercial hubs, this establishment proved to be an outstanding urban oasis. Here is a closer look at why my stay was so remarkable. Few mins walking distances to jonker street and river cruise jetty. Especially the Puri hotel spa front desk Ms. Carol is friendly n helpful.

    Don’t get me wrong the location is great if you’re looking to walk around Jonker St and see a few famous landmarks. Interior is filled with a rich collection of traditional hand crafted furniture and beautifully preserved Nonya architectural features. However due to a website glitch we had been double charged and had to constantly chase and remind staff to follow up on the issue, ended up ruining our time at Puri. I hope the company takes initiative to invest in upgrading the website and resolve any bugs to avoid complications in the future.
