    The hotel staff very courteous and helpful. It makes my stay a memorable one. However the location is not convenient for food as you have to take taxi to town. Night market Jonker Street is a walking distance. Overall is good place for relaxing and a place to employ the culture.

    ​I paid a premium for a family suite, but what we were given was absolutely NOT a family suite. It is completely unacceptable and a massive disappointment and without bathtub despite the site say so. To make matters worse, a friend of mine booked the exact same room type and ended up with a completely different layout—a bigger room,and without a bathtub. ​Charging high-tier prices and then treating basic room amenities and space like a "first-come, first-served" lottery based on "luck" is a total joke. The parking is the exact same chaotic mess. I will absolutely never recommend this place and will never visit again. Save your money and go somewhere that actually gives you what you pay for. What's worse, after sharing my opinion with the staff and manager, they insisted this is the room family suite category. No sense of responsibility and accountability to admit the mistake. This is unacceptable and disappointing.
