    My favourite hotel if I'm visiting in Malacca. Location very strategic . Value for money. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Will book again

    The location is good, but traffic can be quite challenging on weekends as there is a night market nearby and only one exit. Free parking is available under the flyover, which is convenient. The check-in staff was not very friendly, although the staff on the other shifts were helpful and pleasant. There is a water filter in the bathroom beside the sink, although I personally would not feel comfortable drinking from it. Toothbrushes are available, but you need to request them at the counter. I stayed for 2 nights and was given a room facing the back alley, so there was not much of a view. I also made a mistake when booking and requested to change the dates, but was charged an additional RM140. Overall, it is a nice place with a good location, but there are a few areas where the service and guest experience could be improved.
