    We stayed here for 3 nights. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The air conditioner in our room was extremely dusty. We informed the staff as soon as we checked into the room and requested a room change, even offering to pay any additional cost if necessary. However, our request was refused. After my wife became sick, most likely due to the dust, they finally agreed to move us to another room. The staff were generally friendly and tried to help, which we appreciated. However, another major issue was that the water supply was repeatedly interrupted throughout our 3-day stay, making it very inconvenient. Overall, while the staff were kind, the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. I hope the management takes these issues seriously, as they greatly affected our stay.

    Lock was spolit and most terrible is that the air con was spolit and we are given an old table fan for the whole first night . But the staff are helpful and responsive.
