    We had a great 4-night stay here. The beds are really comfortable and everything was clean and tidy as you would expect. Yes, the room is small, but the space functions really well and this is all pretty normal for a business hotel in Japan. I would definitely recommend it if you want a place to stay close to Namba and the station a few minutes away.

    Hotel is 5.1km from Osaka train station. You probably need transport. I walked. The hotel is in the middle of the action - fantastic. The room is small as expected - the desk chair is unusable - no room. The room was clean and dead quiet. But…. You can’t check in before 3pm. Not even 2:55 Then it’s a self check in process now with a 20 person queue. This is crazy. The self check in didn’t work for me and the person on reception didn’t know what to do. Come on management. Also my mattress was worn out - I could see the springs through the bed sheet. Not good enough. The “free” water was for the first day only.

    Rooms are too compact not even have space to open luggage. They have strict policies on some grounds in cleaning, water bottles providing.
