Most important things forme is closeness to areas and closeness to metro stations when I travel around the city. And to rest comfortable. Sotetsu Grand Fresa is located so center, most of the time i didnt take any metro. Otel is generous with amenities and offer pijamas as well Staff is very helpful. They helped me to store my luggage until checking in.

Good Location! Close to metro and Dotonbori!

Small unit. But it’s expected! WiFi internet is not reliable very weak and slow.

The hotel itself is nice and well-kept, and the location is honestly hard to beat, it is right in the thick of Namba, steps away from Dotonburi and excellent public transport links. If you want to be in the centre of the action, this is it.

Being right in the thick of Namba does come with a trade-off: noise. Expect to hear sirens, traffic, and general city sounds well into the night and through the early hours of the morning. The room temperature was another small issue for us, the air conditioning didn't cool things down as much as we'd have liked

It is situated right near Nippombashi Station and is just a stone's throw away from the famous Dotonbori neon lights and street food.

Despite the advertised square footage being larger than our hotel room in Tokyo, this room felt significantly smaller and less functional. The space is not strategically planned at all. It features a bulky, unnecessary table that eats up valuable floor space. The television sits on top of the furniture instead of being mounted on the wall, which would have instantly freed up much-needed room. The layout is so restrictive that we were unable to open even a single bag and still walk comfortably to the toilet. In our Tokyo hotel—which was technically smaller—the clever interior design allowed us to open three bags simultaneously and still walk around. Here, the poor layout makes the room feel completely claustrophobic.
