場所が便利。朝食時、忙しいのにもかかわらずらフロントの方で外国人の男性と女性が一生懸命対応されていました。フロントの日本人スタッフの対応も良かった。

お掃除の方が話ながら入ってこられ、会話をしながらお掃除をするのがビックリした。海外の方達だったので私が日本で慣れてきた、「宿泊客に配慮しながら静かにお掃除をされる」とは全く違っていた。 あと、中国からの旅行者が話してうるさく感じたので、はりがみをして頂けると助かります、文化が違うし悪気があるわけではないと思いますので。

スタッフの対応が良く、部屋の中も静かだった。ゆっくり休めた。

As a traveler exploring Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara, this hostel turned out to be the perfect base. The hostel is conveniently located near two metro stations, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city and take day trips to Kyoto and Nara without any hassle. It’s also right above the famous Kuromon Market area, so great food and local vibes are literally at your doorstep. The dormitory rooms and washrooms were always clean and well maintained. The hostel takes its check-in (3 PM) and check-out (10 AM) times seriously, but in return everything runs smoothly and efficiently. A huge plus for travelers is that they will store your luggage free of charge until the evening, which was extremely helpful before my flight. The café downstairs serves affordable food and drinks, perfect when you’re trying to travel Japan on a budget. Security is also excellent, with password-protected access to the dormitory area, giving peace of mind when staying in shared accommodation. For me, this felt like the ideal backpacker hostel—clean, safe, affordable, and superbly connected. Whether you’re visiting Osaka for a few days or using it as a base to explore Kansai, Café & Hostel Kimi to Ichigo is a fantastic choice.

They are not flexible about timings and don’t offer any free extension of 1-2 hrs

- location is excellent - clean bathroom, cubicles, toilets - lockers

- (female) staff could be friendlier - very noisy at night (1st night was good, 2nd and 3rd night is was really noisy until 02:00) - lots of bagage lying around in the dorms - you have to pay for a towel?
