My wife and I stay at this hotel every 3-4 months when we visit NYC. Marvin (General Manager) and his entire team are fabulous. They are so nice to their customers, offer advice on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, etc., and they work to get guests into very nice rooms quickly. The hotel is always in impeccable condition, and hotel is very quiet. My wife and I have never had a bad room, and one time when the cleaning staff accidentally threw away something from our son’s room, Marvin and his team took care of this issue to assist us. Highly recommend this hotel. Best hotel in NYC and close the Hudson Yard, Times Square and within walking distance of so many things there are to do in NYC!

The room was big by NY standards...just had a small bathroom with no counter space. Staff was courteous. Hot tea in the evening was nice too. Husband forgot a razor & shave cream which they were nice to supply. Location was perfect for what we needed!

Checking in with Marvin was super smooth and he was patient while answering all of our questions. Marvin was very pleasant and welcoming, setting us up for a great start to our vacation. The room was clean and perfect size for our stay. Thanks for everything!
