    Just wrapped up a fantastic stay at Ibis Budget Lucerne City and couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect — super central, just a short walk from the train station, Lake Lucerne, and the charming old town with its bridges and colorful buildings. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable — everything you need for a great night’s sleep after exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place has that fresh, well-maintained feel. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or families on a budget. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lucerne! Great price for such convenience. Will definitely stay again next time. 👍

    Rest of the houses in all of switzerland were good and spacious but ibis was very small and we were charged for everything like keeping our luggage in the storage room unlike every other stay.

    Luckily, we stayed only one night before transit to another city because this hotel is not very comfortable. The bed is hard, and the bunk bed is not very clean. The location on the map doesn't look far from the train station, but you'll need to take the bus.
