clean room with comfortable bathroom and bedding, nice window, nice mini-split fan/AC that kept the room ventilated and comfortable, great location. shared kitchen with small refrigerator (it was good for our stay, but might not be enough when all the rooms are occupied). when the window is open, there is palpable street noise that bothered one of us. the neighbors in one of the rooms were up late talking and we could hear them. might get a little noisy if all the rooms are occupied. the owner does not have a WhatsApp option for communication and I incurred an international calling fee when I needed to ask a question. overall, a nice stay in April and I would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lisbon Old Town Guest House. It's in a great location, but very quiet (soundproofing is excellent). Everything is very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect stay in Lisbon.

Great stay! Would stay here again for the nice room and how convenient the location is to everything – restaurants, train stations, landmarks, etc. Also, how easy the access was! Thank you for having us!
