If you have issue with high stairs this property is not for you, otherwise everything is ok, staff will help you carry your luggage’s up and down

No elevator, 4 floors and luggage was a bit of an effort.
Old hotel was in reasonable shape for its age.

We stayed on the top (4th) floor, and had a wonderful view! Weather was perfect at the end of April, but we did end up using the AC, which worked great. You will be walking up a lot of steps to get up to the 4th floor.
Comfy bed, clean, our room and bathroom were pretty small but we did not mind. It was the perfect area in Chiado, walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants, town squares, etc. Would stay here again!

Great hotel, wonderful staff and location. Also recommend the convenient and good breakfast. Staff also carried up our very heavy luggage which was kind. No elevator- which was ok with us.
