    its like half price of what i can get in the market, with breakfast is included! if consider only value for money, thats the best option, location is quite perfect! spacious room if looking for quality, need to consider other options; its very cold inside as it is an old building; the windows are not soundproof, every night i can hear how many trams pass by.

    We recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff and cleanliness. However, each floor has a limited 100L boiler for hot water that runs out quickly, so we could not take a hot shower every day of our stay. Also, the pillows are uncomfortable.

    The hotel is in an ideal location. Very walkable, close to transit, and right near the waterfront. Also super clean. Breakfast options were very sparse, after one morning we chose to eat elsewhere. Our bathroom door handle was broken upon arrival, and was not addressed while we were there. My friend got trapped in the bathroom twice and the door had to be pushed open from the outside. We could not latch the door during the whole stay in case it fell off again. This would have been very scary if only one person was in the room, a significant safety concern. We ran out of hot water when showering twice, not lengthy showers. The wifi did not work for most of our stay. We found the room to be quite loud, both from outside traffic noise and from noise inside the hotel. Our AC was broken when we arrived, and it took them two days to fix it in 30 degree weather. When they finally did, it broke again within 36 hours. Despite having issue after issue, the front desk staff were amazing, very apologetic, and did everything they could from their end. Overall, it seems like an expensive stay for so many problems
