This hotel is really great. It’s about a five min walk from the train station and very close to the cathedral. No AC but I had a fan and the window opened. Breakfast is very good. It would have been helpful if the do not disturb sign was on the door knob instead of the desk. I could not find it and enthusiastic housekeepers just opened the door a couple times. Would stay again.

Great location, nice hotel unless you want to sleep, at least when there is a party going on. Walls are very thin. Carryover from a wedding party was noisy well past 3 in the morning. We asked to move to a different room but they said they would handle it. Normal talking in adjacent room comes right through the walls. Bathroom was a bit small and parking was quite limited. They directed us to a local public parking garage which worked fine. View of the cathedral was awesome.

The restaurant snd bar area were well appointed, but our room left a lot to be desired. It was clean, but I wouldn’t put kids on the rug, that didn’t come off as being clean. Smallest shower in the world. Tough for a big guy. Same with the lift, one person one suitcase. Parking was a real pain, and no area designated to drop off bags or easy parking. Get what you pay for.

The inside of the hotel and bedrooms are beautifully decorated! Front desk employees were very nice. The hotel is right in the center of Chartres. The bathrooms were clean yet a bit outdated. Our neighbors and I could hear extremely loud pipe sounds coming from our shared bathroom walls all night--I swear those things were shrieking. Besides that it was an awesome hotel.

The hotel staff were very personable and well informed about the area and events. Each room was perfect. The rooms were spacious, the beds were quite comfortable, and the amenities more than met our needs. There was plenty of variety at breakfast that accommodated every need for our group.

The hotel is situated just a two minute walk from the cathedral and all town centre shops and restaurants.The hotel restaurant was pleasant and the food and service superb. A good breakfast was available each morning in the bar area.Parking was difficult, or expensive if using the cathedral car park but the hotel has a few private reserved spaces in a car park just 50m away which can be used, if available, for a reasonable daily charge.

great service/staff. wish room had a convenient outlet for plugging in devices, mine was located almost behind bed at ankle level. Elevator is extremely small. Good location near train station and cathedral.

The staff were excellent and greatly helpful. The hotel is in a great position... central but not noisy. Value for money?..I would rate it very highly. The bar and the restaurant are excellent and handsomely decorated. If you are in any way impaired the stairs and corridors are narrow and the lift is really only a one person lift. The available parking, although not on site , is very close by ,affordable and secure. Overall we would be happy to book again.
