    I booked it knowing we had got spring bath in the room, but Did not expect to have sauna and steam in my room. What a pleasant surprise!! The hot spring bath / SPA downstairs is great - - clean, spacious, and good service, Would go back!

    Staff are friendly. Onsen is nice but toilet hygiene can be improved. Air con can be stronger too. Overall the experience is good

    As my title not much special for this hotel, and its expensive. Window and walls is dirty, facilities is normal and old without good maintenance. My slippers went missing when using the public onsen area, I let the staff know this and he quickly bring me walk around then say cant do anything. (I found the slippers myself at an abandoned cabinet area, I am not sure is it some joke for me or not) Overall its normal, but consider for its price I would say maybe you will need to review your order twice.

    身為一名經常至世界各地旅遊的旅客，我住過各種條件與等級的飯店，明白設備難免有突發故障，但貴會館這次從前台服務、緊急事件應變力，到硬體維護與服務態度的表現，無疑是我歷來最糟糕的入住體驗之一，甚至不如基本宿營設施的管理。以下為還原當晚的真實情況： 1. 前台 Check-in 態度冷漠不耐 入住當天我先抵達飯店辦理手續。在我尚於皮包收妥信用卡的過程中，櫃檯人員雖口說禮貌用語，卻以極度不耐煩且催促的語調說「我要介紹房間了」，眼神與態度透露出強烈催促感，第一印象已讓人大打折扣。 2. 凌晨房內嚴重滴水，客服應變荒謬且推卸責任 由於天候影響，我先生於凌晨兩點才抵達飯店安頓。正當準備入睡時，我們發現洗手間天花板槽開始滴水。起初考量時間已晚，我們體諒員工辛苦，自行拿毛巾墊在地板上吸音。然而水滴聲隨後越來越大、越來越密。 當我們第一次打電話告知客服時，客服竟回答：「我幫你記錄下來，明天早上會派人來修。」 我們隔天早上六點半就需起床、八點便要出門參加活動，明早維修對當晚無法入睡的我們有何意義？更令人難以置信的是，客服連前來現場查看狀況、了解嚴重性或主動提供換房的企圖都沒有，僅以「工作人員都下班了」為由敷衍了事。最後我們不得不自行動用隨身物品DIY暫時擋住水聲才能勉強闔眼。 3. 換房過程態度傲慢，毫無服務意識 約半小時後，水滴聲大到實在無法忍受，我們第二次致電。這次工作人員沒有任何多餘關懷，僅冷冷說了一句：「你們收拾好東西再打給我，我幫你們換房。」 當我們迅速整理完畢，工作人員前來時連基本的協助提行李意願都無，僅自顧自地在前方急促帶路，不作指引地叫我們跟著走過正在裝修的區域。途中該員工甚至以一種高高在上的口吻說：「如果這間房都搞不定，我也幫不到你們了，這間已經是我們最大的房間。」 將處理飯店自身故障問題的過程，講得像是「給予客人的恩賜」。 4. 替換房間（所謂最大房）設備故障百出 進入替換的房間後，工作人員將我們丟下，沒有開啟燈光與冷氣，未確認任何設備狀況便急忙想離開，最後僅拋出一句「我幫你們延遲退房到 12:30」。當下我已明確告知我們八點就要 Check-out，這項「貼心」完全毫無意義。 而這間所謂「最大」的房間，硬體問題更為嚴重： 燈光異常：浴室燈光即使關閉，每隔數十秒仍會異常閃爍。 馬桶噪音：馬桶持續發出嚴重的流水噪音。 結構設計極不合理：即使我們已將所有窗簾拉緊，清晨淋浴間的窗戶竟將強烈陽光直接直射在床頭。對於當晚因飯店問題鬧到凌晨三點半才能入睡、六點半就要起床的我們來說，根本無法休息。 結語 即便是條件相對落後的地區，飯店工作人員在面對突發狀況時，至少都能展現出「盡心盡力協助解決」的誠意。然而貴會館員工所展現出的不專業、敷衍、欠缺同理心與傲慢態度，完全破壞了我們這次的行程與睡眠。 硬體故障可以維修，但服務意識與管理機制的匱乏令人震驚。我希望貴會館管理層能正視此問題，對相關當班人員進行檢討與培訓，並對當晚的混亂給予合理的回應與交代。
