    Great value for money and a very convenient location! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was really convenient. I felt very safe staying here. You need a key card to access the guest floors, so people who are not staying on that floor cannot enter. The room was also clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, with bus stops and the Underground just nearby. It’s very easy to get around London, and attractions such as Big Ben and the London Eye are also easily accessible. For anyone planning to visit several cities during their trip, this is a great place to use as a base because of the convenient transport connections. Overall, the price was more affordable than many other hotels I looked at, and considering the location, security, cleanliness, and friendly service, I think it was excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

    Excellent hotel in a great location for anyone visiting the US Embassy. Not a lot in the area ( restaurants, bars) but the hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to the Embassy which was perfect.

    Stayed 2 weeks and found the location excellent. Trains, busses and supermarkets right at the door. Staff were friendly and helpful but rooms are small and not made up daily. In fact not made up at all during our stay. Have to leave a card out to have tea and coffee topped up, towels replaced and bin emptied. Sometimes it happened and sometimes it didn't. Windows don't open so have to rely on air conditioning. Breakfast is available for an extra cost and can also be hit and miss. If you just want to sleep there as we did it's fine
