We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Buckingham Palace Road. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable, with a spacious room that offered good value for money. Most of the essential facilities were available, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location. The hotel is close to public transportation, particularly Victoria Station, making it easy to travel around London and visit popular attractions, including Buckingham Palace and other nearby sightseeing spots. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily recommend this hotel to family and friends looking for comfortable, reasonably priced accommodation in a convenient part of central London.

I was assigned an odd room under the stairs, the room used to vibrate due to the underground train and with one moving up or down the stairs. I was too tired but think they could have provided a better room considering the entire lower basement was empty

Staff was polite but not cooperative. A request to manage booking while I will be going to another town was denied without any valid reason. Also, staff had a weird way of noticing the type and model of my mobile phone. I found it quite suspicious.
