Great hotel for a few nights in Hakone. The thermal baths were amazing. We booked a private bath for our family and really enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Old hotel which has been well maintained. Excellent Onsen facility.

Everything is great except shower curtain. There are some dark spots on the shower curtain. It might be mold. Since I only stay for one night, I didn’t change room and didn’t report also.

A perfect one night stay for my two-day visit to Hakone. I made the hotel aware of an allergy ahead of breakfast and booking their kaiseki meal, and they made every effort to accommodate me and serve me food catered to my dietary requirements
The onsen was a wonderful experience, with lots of helpful guides in English for my first time. A calm, restful and restorative stay
