The location is great, the price is perfect and the Room was clean. The only prioblem was they didnt sent the code before my check in. I have to call the customer Service to ask for the code since they dont have concierge. The First tine I called the customer Service hang up the Phone without calling Back, She knows I was asking the code. The second time I called the lady was very Nice and has given me the code. I have already entered the facility but I don’t know How to access the elevator since there was no instruction on How to use it. So I have to call the customer Service to guide me on How to do it. And the lady who answered the call hang up again. I guess thw First and THIRD One who answered was just the same lady. She was rude. And her Service is unacxeptable. Yeah, I might Be annoying because I said, ”this is annoying.” She was asking me me about my reference Number and I was asking her which One and How many Numbers was it. And She hang up. I think they should hire patien customer Service representative. The customers that are usually coming are tired from travelling and only wanted to rest when arriving the hotel but this happens. Not really Pleasanton. But the stay was good.

We are group of 3 and we live in a different city. We went to Helsinki overnight so we didn't choose anything fancy. We understand that this is a budget hotel and we do not have any high expectations at all. We just want a proper or decent place to rest and bath. We booked the family room that says 1 queen bed and 1 single bed however, when we got there, there is no proper single bed and not even a folding bed or sofa bed. There is something that looks like two blocks of chair without armrest that was placed beside each other to make it longer and there was a gap in between. We have to put the duvet on top just to be able to sleep on it. The drainage in the bathroom was bad that you have to wait for some time before the water drains or it will be flooded. The ac do not have any controls and the room was quite hot. I contacted the customer service and complained about it and I received a 15,50eu agodacash for the inconvenience. Plus, we did not receive the door code or any checkin details or link until we decided to call their customer service. The location is amazing though as it is walking distance to almost everything. Maybe some rooms are better than what we got but based on our experience, it wasn't very good.
