Pros: clean place, has all necessary amenities, easy 20 minutes bus to downtown. Importantly, it's 1/4 the price of a basic hotel downtown.
Cons: you must go out of your room for WC and shower (though they are private), kitchen is shared - which can be annoying if you're tired and don't wanna talk to anyone. But it's a small price to pay for all the money you save.
