this is a modest property but we often stay here when we come to Madrid. the location is excellent and the manager is quiet but very kind

It does offer what you paid for. The share bathroom it is not as bad as it could be. You don't share the bathroom space with anyone when you are in it. It is quiet, the room is tiny, but enough.

An ancient apartment reconfigured as modest but very appealing and comfortable guest rooms. Multiple bathrooms down the hall, and a sink in the room. A microwave and refrigerator in the common area. We had a great time there and would choose it again.
