I had problems with my payment through booking, but the staff was very understanding and helpful. The location is very good, the district is very nice. Close to the train/bus stations and main tourist points. The staff takes good care of the room. There is a good AC, while much bigger hotel brands denied me AC during other stays I had in europe around the same season!
The room may be a bit noisy, which is understandable due to the location. The bathroom is a bit small/tight, but manageable. Other than that, all perfect.

Ubicación, trato cercano… para el precio que tiene en pleno centro de Madrid tiene lo justo y necesario para pasar una o varias noches. La limpieza buena.
Instalaciones muy antiguas, defectos visibles sobre todo en el baño (lámpara del baño descolgada, barra de bañera sostenida por un cordel desde el techo… En general muy poco mantenimiento.
Se oyen ruidos de otras habitaciones, pero por suerte no fue en horas de descanso.
