The Hostal is located in the Barrio de las Letras. The Anton Martin subway (Line 1) stop is just across the corner. It is a 15-minute walk from Plaza del Sol, Museo El Prado, Atocha Train Station, and other historic places. The location is great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Doña Francisca and Don Julian, the owners of the Hostal, are very kind and helpful.

The room was cozy and even though I had to share a bathroom, the shower and sink were in my room which was really nice!
The location was great and the couple who managed the Hostal were very nice and very helpful!
The shared bathroom was not very close to my room, but at least the shower & sink were in the room.
I would have preferred to have a small fridge in the room, too.
