The location was excellent, less than a minute's walk to the subway.
I stayed in a 1BR apartment there, and it was a good size and had ample cupboard space for one person to unpack into. It also had gigantic windows that let in a lot of natural light, but they were equipped with thick curtains that blocked most of the summer light so it didn't get bright or hot in the apartment.
Had a cute little kitchenette with a large fridge.
The staff were very friendly and obliging when contacted.
There's no reception.
When I booked, the property was advertised with a discounted food option if you ordered from them, but there is no such facility.
There's no Wi-Fi in the small reception area.
The service at this property was not designed for longer stays (i.e. my stay didn't include a cleaning service even though I was booked there for nearly a week). However, the property employees were kind enough to organise some fresh towels for me as an exception.

Great location and nice unit
The shower did not work properly and the 2nd bed had no pillows.
I called the staff assistance and they replied hours later in vain.
No one came for the shower or the pillows....

Excellent location, close to cafes, bars, restaurants, museums and supermarket. Metro on the doorstep.
Wifi and Aircon excellent. Friendly sand helpful support staff.
We were three retired people staying for nine nights. Apartment was pooly equipped for self catering for such a long stay. Lack of washing machine, dishwasher and TV in communal area was also a downside. Liighting in shower/toilet areas very poor.
