It was very well positioned in Las Letras neighborhood, very central. Easy to explore Madrid from there. Staff was very polite and helpful. Nicely decorated.
Could have used a mini fridge, due to the very central location at night there were a lot of partying people on the streets.

Excellent. Very well designed room with very clean modern lines. Though small , it fitted everything one needs with ease. Including chair n desk🤗. Fantastic location close to such a variety of restaurants and cares and easy walking distance to Prado and other key sights.
Only one small thing. Mattress was a bit old and rather hard.

Clean and comfortable - the twin room was small and faced into a dark courtyard with washing lines - but it was a perfect location - super places right outside for breakfast or tea ans everything in easy walking distance. I’d definitely stay there again.

We liked the hotel because of its very convinient location. Close to the museums. Lots of restaurants nearby.
There is no kettle or fridge or telephone. Be aware that towels are changed once every two days (they don't tell you about this). You might get lost when you enter the hotel because there is no sign showing the way to the reception which is on the second floor. Reception is not staffed 24hours so you need to ring the bell to call them after late hours. It is a bit confusing to use a different hotel name for the wifi login ID,
