We got there 9:20pm and it was too late for dinner or have a drink in the bar. The hotel is located far away from everything. Wherever you go, you must pay for taxi. Crossing the road there is a beach (surin) but not as nice as Kamala for example. It's all dirty, mostly under construction area. It's actually a long walk to the beach and the hotel does not provide anything. The main pool was under manteinance. The kids pool is smaller than shown in pictures. The room was so far away from main entrance. It was NOISY very noisy like if the aircon was old, not sure why, I asked the staff and they said this is the only option they had. Noisy outside of the room and noisy inside too. The toilet seat was broken. The bed is super hard. The energy was low, depressing. The room outdated. Hair everywhere. The door of the room was hard to open, hard to close. You need to push very hard like if this was a very old house, poor house I would say. Overall it felt like a cheap motel inside the room, the elevator was also very dirty, smelly, the paint coming off from walls. Look, if you want to enjoy your holidays don't book this place , specially in this area there are plenty of better places to stay. We made a huge mistake. And we regret because we don't have many days for holidays and we didn't want to waste time since these are our last 2 days in Thailand, We moved immediatly to another hotel named *** that is much better.
