Arinara Beach Resort Phuket Beachfront

Great location - beach frontage and very comfortable beds.

The property was undergoing maintenance repairs (low season) but no email prior to inform pool and the pool bar would be closed during our stay.

I liked the beach. The hotel is a Tui location so you get a lot of package tourists. It’s set up for people wanting to stay, eat and drink on site. We did get sick there and the staff were amazing at changing the vommited on sheets. And supporting in the restaurant. I don’t know if we got sick there or more likely the ice cream shop opposite but the staff were great and understanding. On site parking was good too. Would recommend for package tourists - less so for travellers.

The pools was actually too hot at points The facilities are good enough, such as the gym the pool and play areas. Beach restaurant is very nice but food was okay.

This property would have everything we needed if they hadn’t closed things and did some repairs

They shut the main pool. The shut the pool bar. There was no pool side service for food and drinks. We were not told about this and when questioned about it I was told if I wanted a refund I should have cancelled my trip 21 days before we were due to arrive. They did not tell us about the closers till day 2. Hotel has a lot on maintenance to do for the price they charge
