Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Very well located. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast offered a good choice. Swim up pool was great.

There were renovations however they were done conspicuously and in an organised fashion. I understand that the hotel is doing this to make it better and it was low season. The front desks staff need to greet as many guests as possible even when they're busy.

The room was lovely and had clearly been upgraded since our last stay, which was a nice improvement. Our room was comfortable and we were happy with the overall presentation. The resort has a lot of potential, and once the current refurbishment is completed, I think it will be much better. We also appreciated the location being close to Bang Tao and the overall facilities of the resort.

Unfortunately, the ongoing refurbishment and maintenance work throughout the resort did affect our stay. There was quite a lot of work happening, including around the pool areas, which made the resort feel less relaxing and comfortable than we had hoped. We also had a family member staying at the resort on our recommendation. She paid only slightly less than we did, despite us having an upgraded room, and when I saw her room, I felt it was not good value for the price. There was visible limescale in the bathroom and the room generally looked quite tired. I would have been disappointed if we had paid the same amount for that room.

The big pool was closed and some construction.
