The property has good connectivity and close to beach and markets.
The garden view room didn’t have any view of the garden and was facing a construction site next to the property.

When we arrived we were greeted warmly and had a wonderful staff member Milk. She was professional, efficient and extremely helpful. The resort is very lucky to have her, as she is amazing in offering customer service, definitely retain her and value her contribution to your resorts reputation.
that your free shuttle bus only goes at 2pm to boat avenue and no other times. Our shower head was leaking, but no other dislikes.

Friendly staff and well laid out property with a beautiful beach setting. Nice bathrooms and easy access fitness and spa area.

Very good location. Lovely beach.
Poor management. Reception and management staff were rather rude. Room service very hit and miss. Had to request room service persistently. Sun beds not managed well. Guests reserved them from very early with towels. Not a 5 star experience. Our luxury king room with land view overlooked wasteland and fly tipping. Would not recommend this hotel.
