    Read all the poor/one star reviews - they are all correct this is the worst place I have stayed at. Now read all the resort managements insincere replys they do not follow through they do not care.

    Arrived in July with a 9 month old for a quieter break, but this was not the case in this resort despite reviews suggesting otherwise. Upon arrival we were told the main pool was closed for renovations and whilst we appreciate as its low season these things may need to occur we were given no advanced warning to find potential other solutions and hotels. The location is good, lots of nice bars and amenities in close proximity and great beach access. During our stay there were big family groups that were rowdy and up until the early hours (2am) using the kids pool and pool access rooms. Hotel staff never asked them to stop despite facilities being closed from 7pm. One other flag, the corridors are echo chambers. Huge door slams and screams reverberate around the hallway waking you up frequently throughout the night. I would recommend if you are travelling with a larger group or an older family and happy to deal with the general noise, but would advise against for any young families looking for a bit more of a relaxed time.

    Checked out early due to multiple issues. The main pool area and pool bar were under renovation without any prior notice, which was very disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell, poor cleanliness, weak shower pressure, and the toiletries were almost empty. Overall, this did not feel like a 4-star resort. In my opinion, this hotel is much better suited for families with children than for couples or solo travelers.
