Place very well situated closed to dowtown. Our appartment was very quiet and pleasant and the reception was perfect.

A very basic property that may have seen better days but you get what you pay for. Liked that room had small balconette overlooking quiet street and was close to town centre.

The apartment was clean and modern but not fantastically well equipped. It was well insulated, and traffic noise was muted with the windows closed. Cooking facilities consist of a microwave and two hotplates, no oven. You are also expected to leave everything as clean as when you go in or pay extra for cleaning, and take the rubbish out and strip the beds. If you are used to self catering, maybe his is common, but if youre used to hotels it is a bit unusual. The location was excellent, a short walk (less than 10 mins) to the main part of the town and easy enough to drive in and out of Quimper. Car Park is OK you need a room card to access it, so it can be tricky when you first arrive, if there is no space available on street.

The hotel is fairly new and just a five minute walk to the old area of the city.Our lower mark for room comfort was our own fault as we chose the option with the sofa bed.It would be smarter to pay the extra for a proper bed.

We had car trouble and never made it to Quimper. We tried to call reception 3 times to let them know, but no one ever answered.

We stayed ome night in a family room with our two children. Had a booking for one double bed + sofa bed for our two children but unfortunately we were given a single bed instead. After talking with the staff another room was arranged immediately for us - good point here. The location is fantastic, a few hundred meters from the historic part of Quimper and a lot of great restaurants. Not so good: quality of the beds / mattresses which is below average compared to our other stays in France.

We stayed here whist visiting our son and family who were staying at Lanniron Camp Site. We found the location very central to the stores and restaurants in the City centre. Enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the Festival which was in full swing during our stay.

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood and yet after walking for ten minutes or so we were already in the old town where most of the tourist attractions and creperies were located. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very modern, the room and common areas were very clean, and the staff were very pleasant and had excellent customer service skills. Breakfast was very well organized and efficiently delivered. Car parking was easy and very secure.

On arrival the reception was shut, took us and two other couples a while to realize our door key was in a very small safe and the entry code had been emailed to us.Once we got into our room was very impressed with the set up and cleanliness. five minutes walk and into the historical part of Quimper. (please note, Quimper is NOT a lively place even on a weekend, had a search to find a reasonable priced place to eat) Would look to see if an AppartCity is in any future places we visit.

This was a newly opened facility just outside the older section of Quimper -- a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. Though signage initially presented a challenge, once the hotel was located, the enjoyment truly began. The concept is that you are renting an appartment -- like a time share in that ALL the comforts of home are provided, including dishes and utensils, Well-designed, the kitchen was well-appointed and made our stay easy and convenient. The bath was large and had a heated towel rack -- such a convenience! The bedroom had plenty of storage, the bed itself was very comfortable and the room overlooked a residential area but did have a small balcony. The staff was courteous and ready to offer useful information. I look forward to staying at another Appart'City residence in the future -- this facility certainly made our visit to Quimper truly enjoyable
