Great stop-over if you are in the Quimper area. Affordable, clean and with decent facilities.

Good location for a walk to the city center. Possibility of parking on site.

We had several significant issues during our stay. We asked the hotel ahead via Booking messages if there were any extra charges for a small dog. None was mentioned but upon our arrival to the hotel we were charged extra. We even asked the receptionist to look at our previous messages, she said she can see that we were asking about this and no extra charge for the dog was announced but anyhow, she charged us (in this situation, when the hotel staff made a mistake, they should deal with this internally, not by charging us even though informing us otherwise). Secondly, once accomodated, we came to quite dirty and smelly room. When we are charged extra for a dog, we expect that we are accomodated in a nice and clean room just like all the other guests. Our room smelled of URINE, they were stains all over the carpet on the floor, obviously they allocate dog owners in a dirty smelly room and don´t even try to keep it clean. We paid full price plus an extra charge but were treated like a secondary client which is unacceptable. When we mentionned this to the hotel reception the next morning upon our check out, the receptionist did not even apologize, they obviously could not care less. Also, the toilet in our room was leaking a little on the tiles, just disgusting. We would never return to this place with the level of their customer service. Also, beware of their reception - the phone number does not work during the check in hours (we tried to call there with a question before arriving on the same day, the phone did not respon, even though the check in hours were in place. This never happened to us before, it´s just not ok.

Convenient location and safe garaging

Absence of aircon. Room not cleaned nor bed changed for the entire duration of our stay of 11 days in extreme heat of mid July. Towels not changed for 9 days despite requests to do so. Toilet paper not replaced despite letting reception know that we were running short. Black bin bags not replaced although we were responsible for removing garbage.

The kitchenette, the staff, the location, the housekeepers were fantastic and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and wonderful for a couple. The outdoor garden area is pretty.

Beds could be refreshed. The studio is a bit tight for a couple, though it's perfect for a solo traveler.

Breakfast was a shambles. Most things had run out and we had to ask for everything. One lone kitchen staff was trying to cope, without success. Breakfast was uninspiring and tasteless. Much better value would have been having something to eat at a local cafe
