L'ensemble pas satisfaisant

L'appartement était très bien ,calme,lumineux ,l'accès au parking et le parking souterrain très bien.

Nous regrettons que L'accès de la résidence soit melangé avec la maison de retraite et surtout que nulle part soit indiqué dans l'annonce que vous devez passer par la maison de retraite non médicalisée. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, personne a la piscine, Mais c'est un choc quand vous arrivez à la réception à l'heure du goûter. Je pense que les deux établissements devraient être séparé A l'avenir j'éviterai Domitys à cause du mélange de vacanciers et résidents. Il manque d'oreillers dans l'appartement 2 oreillers pour 2 personnes c'est juste

Praktische ruhige Wohnung in Altersresidenz

Grosse Wohnung, sehr sauber. Freundlicher Empfang mit Tipps für den Besuch von Quimper. Einstellhallenplatz inklusive. Carrefour City (7-22h offen) direkt gegenüber. Schwimmbad (nicht besucht).

Abends starke unangenehme Gerüche in den Küchenschränken, ev. von der darunterliegenden Küche. Am Morgen waren sie jeweils weg. Einstellhallenplatz etwas weit weg von der Wohnung.

DOMITYS cherche avant tout la rentabilité !!!

Accueil très moyen, emplacement près route passagère, parking en sous sol avec de multiples pylônes de soutien, ustensiles de cuisine avec seul accessoire: une pauvre casserole, et surtout appartement non lumineux pour cause arbres du voisin non élagués avec pour conséquence un pénombre permanente et lumière allumée du matin au soir, nous avons bien compris qu' aucun effort n'est fait pour rendre un séjour agréable. Notre séjour d ' une semaine à 800 € n' est pas justifié. Cet appartement n'a rien à faire à la location.

Es un alojamiento de 10. Apartamentos grandes con todo lo necesario, no le falta detalle.. Tiene un supermercado justo en la puerta y parking gratis. Además la piscina y el gimnasio son un plus. Sin duda repetiremos

Una scoperta sorprendente

Struttura nuovissima all'interno di un centro per anziani autosufficienti, con piscina e centro benessere (non usufruito) vicino al centro, 15 minuti a piedi o 3 min in auto. Lenzuola e biancheria da bagno al di sopra delle aspettative. Ottima insonorizzazione. Terrazzino con vista giardino ben curato. Il nostro appartamento aveva 2 camere matrimoniali confortevoli. Doccia grande a filo, con ottima pressione dell' acqua. Il wc è in un'altra stanza. Accappatoi morbidissimi. Tapparelle elettriche. Cucina con macchina del caffè americano, tostapane, forno a microonde e bollitore. Sapone per i piatti e una spungnetta, un canovaccio. Zone comuni colorate piacevolmente Presenti uno stendino, scopa e paletta, secchio per il mocio (ma senza mocio). Alla reception personale molto gentile e sorridente. Garage sotterraneo con telecomando e posto assegnato, con ascensore che collega il parcheggio con i piani delle stanze. È una struttura veramente accogliente e confortevole. Ho scoperto che in Francia esistono molte di queste strutture per persone in pensione (non RSA dove c'è necessità di personale sanitario) molto ben organizzate con attività ricreative e possibilità per loro di socializzare. Proprio di fronte un piccolo Carrefour city ben tenuto. Lo consigliamo caldamente

La cucina ha in dotazione utensili veramente basici, se volessimo cucinare qui, mancherebbero un coltello da pane, scolapasta, pentola grande, padella grande, tazzine caffè, forbici e cavatappi a vite (ce lo hanno prestato gentilmente alla reception) e carta da cucina. Noi la sera che non siamo voluti uscire, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con prodotti pronti. Il microonde non è molto facile da capire, abbiamo cercato le istruzioni su internet (far riferimento al modello che è scritto all'interno)

Magnifico soggiorno

Struttura nuova. Appartamento pulito, ampio e confortevole con angolo cucina attrezzato. Dotazioni di livello alberghiero (accappatoi, ciabatte, asciugamani in quantità). Parcheggio coperto gratuito. Posizione: il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti. La struttura é un residence per anziani ma questo non crea nessun tipo di problema.

Zals alle Domitys oorden, ca.15 minuten lopen naar centrum. Geen probleem overigens. Groot appartement. Parkeren in de parkeergarage

Das Unterkunft ist sehr neu und modern. Das Zimmer sehr gross und gemütlich. Der Balkon hat Abendsonne, so das man draussen zu Abend essen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft weiter. The, und Instant Kaffee vorhanden.

Leider war der Pool geschlossen. Ich hätte ihn beim schlechten Wetter gerne benutzt.

Formule géniale: un appartement superbe et des services associés.

Tout était top. La formule est géniale. J'ai même pu faire laver et sécher mon linge le samedi par la conciergerie pour 20€.

Hélas la piscine était en maintenance mais nous avions été prévenu et on nous a même proposé d'annuler notre réservation si nous le souhaitions.

Très bien mais équipement pas top

Le calme, la propreté, la literie et l'espace.

1- 2 Smart TV mais toutes les fonctions ont été désactivé donc impossible de faire du mirror link (YouTube, Netflix...) 2 - Une plaque à induction, c'est bien mais uniquement 2 casseroles (moyenne et petite taille) dont une qui ne fonctionne pas... pas pratique. En réalité, l'équipement cuisine en général est très très léger. C'est vraiment le minimum syndical, voir moins.
