Awesome but without air-conditioning

We arrived to the hotel in the evening and the reception person was very helpful. he also recommended places to eat in neighborhood. Since the room was hot and without air-conditioning we requested for a fan and reception arranged it swiftly for us. For rest, the hotel had free ample parking with good shade (from trees). All in all a good experience.

There is no air-conditioning. So during summer time it can get hot. There was no elevator so if you are alone and carrying multiple bags you might need to make multiple trips.

Hotel well situated. Room clean and warm and comfortable. Breakfast good.

I found the booking really difficult as you can't speak to anyone at the hotel. I made an error and booked 2 rooms by mistake. Cancelled one room immediately, but don't know if I have paid for it yet. It is a shame that you cannot book by phone.

Good size familiar rooms. 6 min from city center by car.

We went on august, familiar rooms are just under roof, extremely hot at those days, and there are no fan in the room. I asked in reception for one fan and it wasn't possible to get one. For sure it was more than 30 degrees in the room. At least during night it was possible to get cooler opening windows ... Breakfast is very simple.

Superb

The hotel is near the ring. With car easy to access to the city. You don't need any receptionist to check in. The room (3 bed) was great with balcony. Great value for the price

Location

The wifi was horrible. Had to share internet from my own phone. It was really noisy, a McDonald's just nearby where we could hear people talking in front of it until 10:00 PM. The breakfast was very simple, and was not worth it. Could do much much better

Petit déjeuner passable Calme (car très peu de clients)

Pas de personnel d'accueil et borne extérieure défaillante. Le n° de tel était non attribué et nous avons du appeler 2 fois à la borne exterieure pour enfin obtenir notre code de chambre. Sans portable ou moyen de paiement à distance impossible d'avoir sa chambre même en ayant prépayé au moment de la réservation en ligne car il restait la taxe de séjour de 2€ à régler pour pouvoir entrer. La chambre était poussiéreuse et les installations sommaires. (Matelas inconfotables, certaines lampes ne fonctionnaient pas, trous dans les draps, ...)

Facile à trouver, nous avons passé une nuit reposante.

Nous avons aimé la propreté, le confort, le calme, la proximité des transports en communs. Un autre point fort, l’hôtel est à 30 mètres d’un fast-food bien connu. Une fois la voiture stationnée sur un parking privé de l’hôtel, plus besoin de bouger. Petit déjeuner continental très copieux avec des viennoiseries chaudes.

Un tout petit bémol l’interrupteur de la salle de bain qui fonctionnait mal (pratiquement impossible à garder en position allumée) ?

Aucune hygiène. Plusieurs clients se sont plaints le même jour que moi les chambres étaient même pas nettoyées des poils de chien et d’autres animaux étaient étaient dans la chambre. D’autres personnes se sont plaints du même problème, aucun linge de douche était disponible, j’avais pris deux jours, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée entre les deux
