    There were too many good reviews But the place is too small and does not deserve the ratings given hence were misleading. Had we realised the rooms were so tiny, we would not have booked. Now we are stuck because we have paid for the full length of the stay and cannot move out

    The hotel just in front kyoto station, and surrounding with a lot of cafe, mc donalds, starbucks. The room is clean and you can refill water on 2nd floor in front of recepsionist. If you laundry, you might need to dried your clothes twice. Overall the hotel is very nice.
