    The location was superb, right in front of Kyoto Station, which made it very convenient to access transportation during our stay. The hotel staff also helped us with our luggage before check-in, and even after check-out, we were allowed to leave our luggage for a while before leaving Kyoto. During our stay, it rained almost the whole day, but they provided free umbrella rentals for guests, a simple but meaningful attention to detail.
